A $12.95 flat rate ground shipping fee will be automatically charged for all domestic orders under $150. Please expect shipment to arrive approximately within 3-7 business days. 


We offer FREE FEDEX 2-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING on orders over $150. 

Please expect shipment to arrive approximately within 2-3 business days.


We ship all online orders via Fedex. We currently do not ship to PO boxes at this time. 


We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.




ENVÍO INTERNACIONAL:

We have a new and improved international shipping process which makes things easy and more affordable for you! We ship worldwide to most countries. Please note that due to international shipping rules and regulations, we are unable to ship fragrances outside of the U.S. This includes all fragrances and select cosmetic products such as

nail colors. You will not be able to check out internationally if you have these items in your cart.  If for some reason an international order is placed with these items, the order will be cancelled. 




DEVOLUCIONES:

Full priced select ready-to-wear and footwear styles are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of package. Please note, the purple tag must be attached to all garments and items must be in their original condition for a full refund.

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES:

Please be advised that we are not liable for, and do not offer refunds for any lost or stolen packages. However, we are available to aid in the process of filing a claim with FedEx.
