SHIPPING & RETURNS
UNITED STATES (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING:
A $10 flat rate shipping fee is charged for all domestic orders.
All orders made before 3:00 pm EST on a standard business day will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and national holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship on weekends. All items are shipped via UPS.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All beauty, fragrance, accessories and sale merchandise are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
Full priced apparel is eligible for exchange or return within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Sales items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
There are no restocking fees for returns, you just have to cover the cost of shipping it back to us. If you need to make a return, please visit our Return Portal or return it in person to our New York City - Soho store at 484 Broome St. New York, NY 10013.
We now ship worldwide! Online orders placed outside of the U.S. will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Shipping is $45 to Mexico & Canada, and $75 everywhere else. International Shipping is FREE on orders over $1,000.
Prices do not include duties and taxes.
