Hope you are staying safe and healthy during this time. We are taking every precaution to ensure orders are shipped safely and quickly. We currently are shipping out domestic orders once a week so they should arrive approximately within 5-10 business days of purchase. Please note there will be delays in international shipping depending on the country, so please expect approximately 2-5 weeks for delivery. Thank you for your patience! UNITED STATES (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING:
$12 flat rate ground shipping fee is charged for all domestic orders (4-8 business days)
Free UPS ground shipping on orders over $100 (4-8 business days)
We ship via UPS. All addresses associated. We are currently not shipping to PO Boxes during this time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We have a new and improved international shipping that makes things easy and cheaper for you! We ship worldwide to most countries. Online orders placed outside of the U.S. will arrive in 2-5 weeks, and shipped via BorderGuru. There may be more delays depending on the country given the global COVID-19 situation now. Please note that due to recent updates to international shipping rules and regulations, we are unable to ship fragrances outside of the U.S. until further notice. This includes fragrances and select cosmetic products. You will not be able to check out internationally if you have fragrances in your cart.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All beauty, fragrances, t-shirts, sweatshirts, accessories, posters, swimwear and sale merchandise are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit and are considered FINAL SALE.
Full priced select ready-to-wear and footwear styles are eligible for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of package.
